Making Assignments

Assignments! One of the best ways to test what is the level of person. Preparing assignments, thus, is one of the arts that everyone should have. Man is always student either admitted in any man made institution or in the institution of nature. Everyone has to make the assignments that are assigned to it and everyone should do it in very creative and effective manner so that the assignment maker/checker gives you what you desire for.

Virtual University of Pakistan or any other institution gives some task to their students to checkout either the students got the concepts that they want? The tasks that institution gives to the students to verify their understanding regarding their teachings is known as assignments.

Preparation of Assignments is a creative art and asks the student put all energies to resolve the problems based on knowledge she/he got during last sessions. To prepare any assignment, you can fellow these steps.

      Understand Question

      Set Solution Time period

      Collect Relative Information & Data

      Make First Draft of Solution

      Recheck & Make Second Draft

      Make Final Draft

Understand Question:

Understanding of question is more important that giving answer of the question. The one who have best understanding of question can answer it in a best and most compatible way. So, the understanding of question is first requirement of the solution. If your understanding of question is poor then your answer will be poor. The first thing to prepare your assignment understands of questions that are asked to you.

Set Solution Time period:

Time period of a solution is allocation of time to each of the question. This could be done only when you have better understanding of your question. The time allocation is estimated. For questions such as write a not on something require more time then define something?

A mathematical or programming question requires more time then management questions. In some cases, however, management questions too require much more time and effort then in non-management type questions. So, while solving questions, estimate your time.

Collect Relative Information & Data:

The collection of relative information and data will help you to make your solution in the form desired by the questioner. Again, this requires your understanding of question. So, after understanding of question statement, you can collect information and data from your colleagues, newspapers, guides and internet.

Make First Draft of Solution:

Solving questions is a creative technique, as I said earlier. This technique could be achieved by solving questions again and again. So, while making your solution, you should first write/make your solution's first draft. This will help you to understand relationship of question and your answer.

Recheck & Make Second Draft:

Rechecking your answer is one of the best thing that you should do while making any problem's solution. You should checkout your solution and then check out question statement and you should also consult with your collected information to verify that your solution is according to the question and relative to the information collected.

Make Final Draft:

After reviewing your solution and rectifying errors and purifying the solution, you should make final draft of the solution. This is the document/solution that you want to present to the questioner.
