Sir........................ In presentation , Just concentrate on main headings and write only few clue points/words which will help U in presenting / explaining the concept in that particular slide........

In presentation , U will not read your slides words by words in front of Instructors......... U will just explain the concept given in main heading in your own words........

Include all the major Diagrams , charts , table related to your Internship report in presentation in sequence.................... Use only 1 main table/diagram /chart per presentation slide................ U will have only 10 to 15 minutes to deliver presentation about your presentation, So,try to limit your PPT slides up to 20-25....... Don't write too much on presentation slide. Write only 2 to 3 lines under main heading per slide,

Just keep concentrating on developing your confidence and verbal communication skill level. Practice your presentation in front of mirror.Give presentation to your family members / colleagues and encourage them to ask you questions about your Internship.....This will help you lot in preparing your presentation well......

Dressing also matters......... don't forget to dress up in formal dressing.........

بھائ جان میں نے تین کروڑ بیس لاکھ روپے کی دوکان خرید لی ہے۔ جمعہ 26 جنوری کو جب شرجیل نے لاہور سے فون کیا تو اتنا جوش وخروش میں تھا کہ میرا حال احوال دریافت کرنا بھی بھول گیا۔ پوچھا کہ اس وقت کہاں ہیں؟ " کراچی میں" میں نے جواب دیا دو دن بعد لاہور پہنچوں گا۔ بولا " لاہور پہنچتے ہی مجھے فون کیجئے گا" میں نے حامی بھر لی ۔ سچی بات تو یہ ہے کہ اس کامیانی پر مجھے اطمینان قلب محسوس ہوا۔ دس سال قبل شرجیل نے " ایم ایس سی" کر لی تو حاندانی حالات کے باعث جاب یا بزنس اس کی شدید ضرورت تھی شرجیل ایک روز کہنے لگا بھائ جان کوئ ٹھوس اور قابل عمل حل بتائیں کہ میں اپنے پاوں پر کھڑا ہو جاوں۔ میں نے توقف اور غوروخوض کے بعد کہا تین دن بعدمیں اسلام آباد جا رہا ہوں میرے ساتھ چلنا ۔ اور پھر ہم بزرگ دوست "قاضی صاحب" کے پاس گئے ۔ قاضی صاحب حکیم اور روحانی دانشور ہیں ۔ قاضی صاحب کو مسلہ بتایا تو بڑے اطمینان سے مسلہ سنتے رہے ۔ کمرے میں خاموشی چھاگئ تو بولے شرجیل صاحب آپ حوصلہ مند دکھائ دیتے ہیں ۔آپ دو کام کریں کوئ چھوٹا موٹا دھندا کرلیں اور دوسرا یہ کہ جو بھی کریں اس میں اللہ تعالٰی کو اپنے ساتھ بزنس پاٹنر بنالیں۔ شرجیل نے میری طرف اور میں نے شرجیل کی طرف دیدے پھاڑ کر دیکھا۔ قاضی صاحب نے سلسہ کلام جاری رکھتے ہوئے کہا " یہ کام مردوں کا ہے ، صرف عزم با لجزم رکھنے والا مرد ہی کر سکتا ہے اگر کاروبار کے نیٹ پرافٹ میں پانچ فیصد اللہ تعالٰی کا شیئر رکھ کر اللہ تعالی کے بندوں کو دے دیا کریں اور کبھی بھی اس میں ہیرا پھیری نہ کریں تو لازما آپ کا کاروبار دن رات چوگنی ترقی کرتا رہے گا۔ واپسی پر لگتا تھا شرجیل اس پر عمل نہیں کرے گا لیکن اس نے کمال حیرت سے عمل کر دکھایا" ۔ مجھے یاد ہے یہ 1997 کا سال تھا ،اس کے پاس صرف ایک ہزار روپیہ تھا ، اس نے کسی ک آگے ہاتھ نہیں پھیلایا اسی ایک ہزار روپے سے اس نے بچوں کے پانچ سوٹ خریدے اور انار کلی بازار میں ایک شیئرنگ سٹال پر رکھ دیے۔ دو دن میں تین سو روپے پرافٹ ہواتھا تین سو روپے میں سے اس نے پانچ پرسنٹ اللہ تعالی کی راہ میں دے دیئے تھے۔ پھر اور سوٹ خریدتا اور اصل منافع میں سے پانچ پرسنٹ اللہ تعالی کے نام کا شیئر مخلوق پر خرچ کرتارہا۔ یہ پانچ پرسنٹ بڑھتے بڑھتے چھ ماہ بعد 75 روپے روزانہ کے حساب سے نکلنے لگے یعنی روزانہ کی آمدنی تقریبا سات سو روپے ہو گئ ایک سال بعد ڈیڑھ سو روپے ، تین سال بعد رازانہ پانچ پرسنٹ کے حساب سے تین سو روپے نکلنے لگے۔ جسکا مطلب یہ ہے کہ تین سال بعد اسے روزانہ چھ ہزار بچنا شروع ہو گئے تھے۔ اب سٹال چھوڑ کر اس نے دوکان لے لی تھی ۔ جب فون ایا تو میرا پہلا سوال یہی تھا کہ اب روزانہ پانچ پرسنٹ کتنا نکل رہا ہے؟ اس نے بتایا کہ روزانہ ایک ہزار نکل اتا ہے جو خلق خدا پر خرچ کر دیتا ہے۔گوہا اب آمدنی روزانہ بیس ہزار روپے ہے یہ بھی بتایا کہ اللہ تعالی کے ساتھ " بزنس" میں اس نے اج تک بےایمانی نہیں کی۔ قاضی صاحب نے بتایا تھا کہ جس کاروبار میں اللہ تعالی کو پارٹنر بنالیا جائے یعنی اللہ تعالی کی مخلوق کا حصہ رکھ لیا جائے وہ ہمشہ پھلتا پھولتا ہے۔بشرطیکہ انسان کہ اندر تکبر نہ ہو " عاجزی ہو" انہوں نے سچ ہی کہا تھا کہ کاروبار اتنا چل نکلتا ہے کہ ایک وقت اتا ہے جب بندہ سوچتا ہے ، میرا کافی روپیہ لوگوں میں مفت میں تقسیم ہو رہا ہے ۔ انہوں نے بتایا تھا کہ دولت مند بننے کا یہ نسخہ انہیں بزرگوں سے منتقل ہوا ہے اور کبھی بھی یہ نسخہ ناکام نہیں ہوا۔۔۔۔۔ ماشاءاللہ ہماری زبان میں ا اصطلاح ہے " دن دوگنی رات چوگنی ترقی کرنا" آیئے جائزہ لیتے ہیں کہ دنیا کے امیر ترین افراد کا کیا وطیرہ ہے۔ اور جہاں تذکرہ دولت وثروت کا ہوتو اس وقت مکمل نہیں ہوتا جب تک یہودی قوم کا تذکرہ نہ کیا جائے۔ قارئین کرام کےلئے یہ بات بڑی دلچسپی کا باعث ہو گی کہ صرف ایک کروڑ یہودی دنیا کی 60 پرسنٹ دولت کے مالک ہیں جب کہ چھ ارب انسان 40 پرسنٹ دولت پر تصرف رکھتے ہیں۔ نیز انٹرنیشنل پرنٹ اور میڈیا کے اہم ترین 90 پرسینٹ ادارے ان کے ہیں مثلاآئ ایم ایف،نیویارک ٹائمز، فنانشل ٹائمز، واشنگٹن پوسٹ، ریڈرزڈائجسٹ، سی این این، فاکس ٹی وی، وال سڑیٹ جرنل، اے ایف پی، اے پی پی، سٹار ٹی وی کے چاروں سٹیشن سب یہودیوں کی ملکیت ہیں۔ شائد ہم میں سے چند ایک نے ہی اس بات پر غور کیا ہوکہ یہودیوں کی دن دوگنی رات چوگنی دولت بڑھنے کا راز کیا ہے؟ عقدہ یہ کھلا کہ ہزاروں سال سے یہ قوم اس بات پر سختی سے قائم ہے کہ ہر یہودی اپنی آمدنی کا 20 پرسنٹ لازمی طور پر انسانی فلاحی کاموں پر خرچ کرتا ہے ۔ پاکستان میں ایک مثال منشی محمد کی بھی ہے۔ آپ بہت غریب تھے، بڑی مشکل سے گزربسر ہوتی تھی ایک دن آپ نے فیصلہ کرلیا کہ اپنی آمدنی کا 4 پرسینٹ اللہ تعالی کی راہ میں خرچ کروں گا۔ آپ بازار میں کھڑے ہوکر کپڑا بیچنے لگے اور باقاعدگی سے اپنے منافع کا 4 پرسینٹ اللہ کے بندوں پر خرچ کرنا شروع کردیا۔کچھ عرصہ بعداپ نے ایک پاور لوم لگالی اور تھوڑے ہی عرصہ میں ترقی کرتے ہوئے فیکٹری کے مالک بن گئے۔ آپ نے اپنے منافع کے 4 پرسنٹ کو مستحق مریضوں پر خرچ کرنا شروع کر دیا اور ایک دن ایسا بھی آیاکہ منشی محمد نے چار کروڑ روپے کی لاگت سے منشی محمد ہسپتال لاہور بناکرحکومت کے حوالے کر دیا، اس ہسپتال کا افتتاح جرنل محمد ضیاءالحق نے کیا تھا۔ کتابوں میں لکھا ہے کہ حضرت موسیٰ علیہ اسلام کے زمانے میں دو بھائ تھے جنہیں ایک وقت کا کھانا میسرآتا تھاتو دوسرے وقت فاقہ کرنا پڑتا تھا۔ ایک دن انہوں نے حضرت موسیٰ علیہ اسلام کی خدمت میں عرض کیا آپ جب کوہ طور پر تشریف لے جائیں تو اللہ تعالیٰ سے عرض کریں کہ ہماری قسمت میں جو رزق ہے وہ ایک ہی مرتبہ عطا کر دیا جائے تاکہ ہم پیٹ بھر کر کھالیں" چنانچہ بارگاہ الہیٰ میں دعا قبول ہوئ اور دوسرے دن انسانی شکل میں فرشتوں کے ذریعے تمام رزق دونوں بھائیوں کو پہنچا دیا گیا۔ انہوں نے پیٹ بھر کر تو کھایا لیکن رزق خراب ہونے کے ڈر سےانہوں نےتمام رزق اللہ تعالیٰ کے نام پر مخلوق خدا میں تقسیم کر دیا۔ اگلے دن پھر ملائکہ کے ذریعے انہیں رزق مہیا کر دیا گیاجو کہ شام کو پھر مخلوق خدا میں تقسیم کر دیا گیا اور روزانہ ہی خیرات ہونے لگی ۔ حضرت موسیٰ علیہ اسلام نے باگاہ خداوندی میں عرض کیا۔۔۔۔ یا باری تعالی ان دونوں بھائیوں کی قسمت میں تو تھوڑاسا رزق تھا ۔ پھر یہ روزانہ انہیں بہت سا رزق کیسے ملنے لگ گیا؟ ندا آئ اے موسیٰ جو شخص میرے نام پر رزق تقسیم کر رہا ہے اسے میں وعدے کے مطابق دس گنا رزق عطا کرتا ہوں۔ یہ روزانہ میرے نام پر خیرات کرتے ہیں اور میں روزانہ انہیں عطا کرتا ہوں۔ اللہ تعالیٰ کا ارشاد ہے۔ "جو شخص میرے نام پر ایک درہم خرات کرتا ہے اس میں دس درہم عطا کرتا ہوں ۔ جو ایک بھوکے کو کھانا کھلاتا ہے ، اسے دس کا کھانا ملتا ہے۔ اپنے رزق کو بڑھاو۔گھٹاو نہیں" یہ شنید نہیں ۔۔۔ دید ہے کہ اصل منافع میں سے پانچ فیصد ہمیشہ اللہ تعالیٰ کی راہ میں خرچ کرنے والا بہت جلد دولت مند بن جاتا ہے۔

Some important tips for presentation

1^st of all your out look your dressing matters so don't forget to dress up in formal dressing.

When u start presenting just concentrate on main headings with confidence and write only few clue points/words which will help U in presenting / explaining the concept in that particular slide.

Be confident and don't confuse and never try to be over smart / confident

In presentation, U will not read your slides words by words in front of Instructors.
