نماز کے اثرات اور فوائد

1. گناہوں سے دوری کا ذریعہ

2. گناہوں کی نابودی کا سبب

3. شیطان کو دفع کرنے کا وسیلہ

4. بلاؤں سے دوری 

نماز کے قائم کرنے میں اعضا و جوارح کے اعمال اور زبان و قلب کے اذکار شامل ہیں، جنھیں 'واجباتِ نماز' کہا جاتا ہے اور یہ یوں ہیں: نیّت، تکبیرۃ الاحرام، قیام، قرأت، رکوع، قیام متّصل برکوع، سجود، تشہّد اور سلام۔

مذکورہ اعمال و اذکار میں سے ہر ایک اپنی ظاہری صورت کے علاوہ معنویت اور روحانیت کا حامل ہے، جو نمازی کے معراج اور اُس کے بلند حیاتی مدارج اور ملاے اعلٰی میں حضرت حق کے تقرّب کا سبب بنتا ہے،

اور اگر ظاہری حالت معنی کے معارف سے خالی ہو تو زبانی ذکر ایک بےمعنی لفظ، ایک بےمغز خول اور ایک بےجان جسم ہے، جس کی کوئی حقیقی قدر و قیمت نہیں۔ 


"نمازی بادشاہ کے محل کا دروازہ کھٹکھٹاتا ہے اور جو کھٹکھٹاتا ہے، اُس کے لیے دروازہ کھول دیا جائے گا۔"
پیغمبرِ اکرم حضرت محمّد(صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم)

"مغرب کی نماز بیج کے بمنزلہ ہے۔ عشا کی نماز جڑ کی مانند ہے جو تاریکی اور اندھیرے میں نشوونما پاتی ہے۔ صبح کی نماز زندگی کی کونپل کی طرح ہے جو زمین سے سر نکالتا ہے۔ ظہر کی نماز پتّوں اور شاخوں جیسی ہے۔ عصر کی نماز شجرِ عبادت کے ثمر کی مانند ہے۔ اور فرمایا ہے کہ جس کسی نے عصر کی نماز ضائع کی، اُس نے اپنے اہل و عیال اور مال پر ستم کیا۔"

صلٰوۃ یا نماز اسلام کے اور حضرت محمّد (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) کی تعلیمات کے اہم ترین اجزا میں سے ہے۔ 

اسلام کا دوسرا اہم رکن نماز ہے۔نماز کے لغوی معنی کسی کی طرف رخ کرنا، بڑھنا،دعا کرنا اور قریب ہونا ہے،نماز عبادت الہی کا مقررہ طریقہ ہے۔

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ و سلم نے فرمایا: ''اگر تمہارے گھر کے سامنے کوئی نہر بہتی ہو تو تم میں سے کوئی ہر روز پانچ بار اس میں غسل کرے تو کیا اس کے بدن پر کوئی میل کچیل باقی بچے گا''؟ صحابہ کرام رضی اللہ عنہم نے عرض کی: نہیں! اس کے بدن پر کوئی میل نہیں ہو گی۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ و سلم نے فرمایا: ''یہی مثال پانچ نمازوں کی ہے، اللہ تعالیٰ ان کے ذریعے گناہوں کو مٹا دیتا ہے''۔ (صحیح بخاری)۔

2 رسول اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ و سلم نے فرمایا: ''جو نمازوں کی حفاظت کرے تو پانچوں نمازیں اور جمعہ کے بعد دوسرا جمعہ پڑھناگناہوں کا کفارہ بن جاتا ہے، بشرطیکہ کبیرہ گناہ نہ کئے جائیں'' (صحیح مسلم)

3 رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ و سلم نے فرمایا: ''جو شخص دو ٹھنڈی نمازیں پڑھے تو اللہ تعالیٰ اسے جنت میں داخل فرمائیں گے (یعنی فجر اور عصر)۔ (صحیح بخاری)۔

4 رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ و سلم نے فرمایا: ''جب تک تم اپنے مصلے پر ہواس وقت تک فرشتے رحمت کی دعائیں کرتے رہتے ہیں جب تک وہ نمازی بے وضو نہ ہو جائے''۔ (صحیح مسلم)۔

5 رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ و سلم نے فرمایا: ''جو شخص عشاء کی نماز باجماعت پڑھے تو گویا وہ آدھی رات تک قیام کرتا رہا۔ جو شخص صبح کی نماز باجماعت پڑھتا ہے تو گویا اس نے ساری رات قیام کیا ہے''۔ (صحیح مسلم)۔

6 سیدنا براء بن عازب رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ و سلم صفوں کے درمیان ایک سے دوسرے کونے تک چلتے اور ہمارے کندھوں، سینوں کو ہاتھ لگا کر سیدھا کرتے تھے۔ اور فرماتے تھے کہ تم باہم اختلاف نہ کرو، وگرنہ تمہارے دلوں میں اختلاف ہو جائے گا''۔ اور آپ صلی اللہ علیہ و سلم نے فرمایا: ''بے شک اللہ تعالیٰ اور فرشتے پہلی صف والوں پر رحمتیں بھیجتے ہیں'' (صحیح ابن حبان)۔

7 رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ و سلم نے فرمایا: ''صفوں کو درست کرو، کندھوں کے درمیان برابری کرو، صفوں میں خلل کو بند کرو، اپنے ساتھیوں کیلئے نرمی پیدا کرو اور شیطان کیلئے خالی جگہ نہ چھوڑو، جو صفوں کو ملاتا ہے تو اللہ تعالیٰ اس کو ملا دیتا ہے، جو توڑتا ہے تو اللہ تعالیٰ اس کو توڑ دیتا ہے'' (صحیح ابن خزیمہ)۔

8 پیارے پیغمبر صلی اللہ علیہ و سلم نے فرمایا: ''فجر کی دو رکعات (سنتیں) دنیا و ما فیہا سے بہتر ہیں''۔ (صحیح مسلم)۔

9 پیارے نبی صلی اللہ علیہ و سلم نے فرمایا: ''جب کوئی شخص مسجد میں نماز پڑھتا ہے تو اس کو گھر کیلئے نماز کا حصہ رکھنا چاہیئے۔ اللہ تعالیٰ نے اس کے گھر کی نماز کے حصے میں بڑی خیر رکھی ہے (صحیح مسلم) یعنی گھر میں نوافل پڑھنے سے گھر والے بھی نمازی بن جائیں گے اس سے بڑھ کر اور کیا خیروبرکت ہو گی۔ (مترجم)۔

10 رسول اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ و سلم نے فرمایا: ''جو شخص مسلسل چالیس روز تک تکبیر اُولیٰ کے ساتھ نماز پڑھتا رہا تو اللہ تعالیٰ اس کے لئے دو آزادیاں لکھ دیتا ہے، ایک جہنم سے آزادی اور دوسری منافقت سے آزادی''۔ (ترغیب و ترھیب)۔

11 پیارے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ و سلم نے فرمایا: ''جو شخص فجر کی نماز باجماعت ہو کر پڑھتا ہے ، پھر بیٹھ کر ذکر الٰہی کرتا ہے حتی کہ سورج طلوع ہو جائے، پھر دو رکعت نفل پڑھتا ہے تو اس کے لئے حج و عمرے کا ثواب مل جاتا ہے۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ و سلم نے فرمایا: مکمل مکمل یعنی مکمل اجر و ثواب ملے گا''۔ (ترغیب)۔

12 فرمانِ رسولِ مقبول صلی اللہ علیہ و سلم ہے کہ جو شخص ہر روز بارہ رکعات نفل (یعنی سنتیں) پڑھے گا تو اللہ تعالیٰ اس کے لئے جنت میں ایک گھر بنائے گا''۔ (صحیح مسلم)۔

13 رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ و سلم نے فرمایا: ''جو شخص اللہ کے لئے ایک سجدہ کرتا ہے تو اللہ تعالیٰ اُس کے لئے ایک نیکی لکھ دیتا ہے، ایک گناہ مٹا دیتا ہے اور ایک درجہ بلند فرماتا ہے۔ سو تم کثرت سے سجدے کرو''۔ (ترغیب)۔

نہ اس طرح کوئی آیا نہ کوئی آتا ہے
مگر وہ ہے کہ مسلسل دیے جلاتا ہے
کبھی سفر کبھی رختِ سفر گنواتا ہے
پھر اُس کے بعد کوئی راستہ بناتا ہے
یہ لوگ عشق میں سچے نہیں ہیں ورنہ ہجر
نہ ابتدا نہ کہیں انتہا میں آتا ہے
یہ کون ہے جو دکھائی نہیں دیا اب تک
اور ایک عمر سے اپنی طرف بلاتا ہے
وہ کون تھا میں جسے راستے میں چھوڑ آیا
" یہ کون ہے جو مرے ساتھ ساتھ آتا ہے"
وہی تسلسلِ اوقات توڑ دے گا کہ جو
درِ اُفق پہ شب و روز کو ملاتا ہے
جو آسمان سے راتیں اُتارتا ہے سلیم
وہی زمیں سے کبھی آفتاب اُٹھاتا ہے
