English Translation of Al-Quran

[25].Surah Al-Furqan [The Criterion]

Ayat 76. Abiding therein; excellent it is as an abode, and as a place to dwell.

Ayat 77. Say (O Muhammad SAWW(PBUH) to the disbelievers): "My Lord pays attention to you only because of your invocation to Him. But now you have indeed denied (Him). So the torment will be yours for ever (inseparable permanent punishment)."

These are the last Ayats of Surah Al-Furqan, 25th Surah of Al-Quran, which contained 77 Ayats, Insha Allah from Tomorrow the 26th Surah of Al-Quran Surah Ash-Shuara will start.

[Tafseer] of Ayat 76. Dwelling therein;- how beautiful an abode and place of rest! [Tafseer] of Ayat 77. Say (to the Rejecters): "My Lord is not uneasy because of you if ye call not on Him: But ye have indeed rejected (Him), and soon will come the inevitable (punishment)!" Let not the wicked think that it causes Allah any annoyance or uneasiness if they do not serve or worship Him. He is high above all needs. But He turns in His Mercy to all who call on Him. For those who arrogantly reject Him, the evil consequences of their rejection are inevitable, and must soon come to pass.

English Translation of Hadith  

Hazrat Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah [SAWW](PBUH) said, "Verily, Allah gives respite to the oppressor. But when He seizes him, He does not let him escape.'' Then he (PBUH)) recited, "Such is the Seizure of your Rubb when He seizes the (population of) towns while they are doing wrong. Verily, His Seizure is painful (and) severe". (11:102).

[Al-Bukhari Book 06,Chapter 60, Hadith # 208] 

Lesson : as mentioned above in Surah Al-Furqan Ayat 77."now you have indeed denied (Him). So the torment will be yours for ever (inseparable permanent punishment)" One should not take the respite for exemption because no one knows when respite granted by Him will come to an end and punishment will follow. .
