..::VU-Pink::.. SO Sad for Learning Students

Result Remarks
Dear Students, The assignment no. 01 of marketing management was indented to strengthen the concept of customer experience management using a case study. In the first question, students were asked to identify the factors that may be the root cause in the adoption process of CEM for KPI. Second question was about the process, how KPI can adopt CEM. Result of the assignment no.01 is again disappointing in the intension of learning. Majority of the students have copied the solution from internet blogs. We expect that students would utilize the further learning opportunities. Regards, Instructor MKT501
