Kabhi to ki hogi suraj ne chand say mohabbat
Tabhi to chand mein daagh hay,

Tabhi to suraj mein aag hay.

Meray mehboob qayamat hoogi,
aaj ruswa teri galiyon mein mohabbat hogi,
Meri nazrain tou gila karti hain,
teray dil ko bhi tujhsay shikayat hogi.

Teri har ada mohabbat si lagti hai
Ek pal ki judayi sadiyoun si lagti hai
Pehle nahin socha tha ab sochne laga hoon
Zindagi ke har lamhe mein teri zaroorat si lagti hai

یک مرتبہ حضرت صدیق اکبر عنہ نے بارگاہ رسالت مآب صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم میں عرض کیا یا رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم مجھے کوئی ایسی دعاء سکھا دیجئے جو میں صبح وشام اور بستر پر لیٹتے وقت پڑھ لیا کروں، نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے یہ دعاء سکھائی

اے اللہ! اے آسمان و زمین کو پیدا کرنے والے،

ظاہر اور پوشیدہ سب کچھ جاننے والے،

ہر چیز کے پالنہار اور مالک

میں اس بات کی گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ

تیرے علاوہ کوئی معبود نہیں ہوسکتا،

میں اپنی ذات کے شر،

شیطان کے شر اور اس کے شرک سے تیری پناہ میں آتاہوں ۔

یہی حدیث ایک دوسری سند سے بھی روایت کی گئی ہے جو عبارت میں مذکور ہے مسند احمد:جلد اول:حدیث نمبر 49

قُلْ اللَّهُمَّ فَاطِرَ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ عَالِمَ الْغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ أَوْ قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ عَالِمَ الْغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ فَاطِرَ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ رَبَّ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَمَلِيكَهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ نَفْسِي وَشَرِّ الشَّيْطَانِ وَشِرْكِهِ ...... مسند احمد:جلد اول:حدیث نمبر49
